"I strongly oppose any kind of dispute from my article whether my saying is true or not, because i write this article based on my private expericence and hope that it would be helpful and advisable to other people who are suffering now with my same disease, 'Anxiety disorder"

it would be best during our whole life if human being is not suffered with any kind of disease or accident, but i am so afraid that our life is not like that way... not easy-going.

i want to share my private experiences with other people who may suffer with anxiety disorder. i am the person who experienced for fully two years with anxiety disorder... came back from very 'Hell Gate'.

1. anxiety disorder - what is anxiety disorder

in fact, the feeling of anxiety itself is just very natural kind of emotion, but it will become disease when we name it 'disorder' at the end of word 'anxiety'.  in my private opinion, it is reasonable to call it 'anxiety disorder' just when we cannot control our anxious anxiety(?) at all, in the result we cannot maintain our normal daily life.

 

 

 

 

for example, we don't name 'anxiety disorder' in the case below;
'all the 'anxiety' we feel disappear when we watch TV or walking, working, try to forget it at the moment the feeling of strong anxiety comes up to ourself.

so, 
if you feel anxious feeling all the day, or
if you cannot breathe by yourself because feeling of anxiety suddenly attack on you so strong.... so, even you can feel strong pain in your chest or heart, so, as the result, you cannot maintain your daily life very normally....
we finally name that case 'anxiety disorder'

2. anxiety disorder - is it because of your mind weakness?

i dare to say that it will be great mistake [misjudgement] when we think 'only week person in mind will suffer with 'anxiety disorder'
of course, human being itself is very easily to be hurt by other people or environments, becasue human being is naturally week and week. it is oriental character itself of human being.

we often make mistake to hear some insult about ourselves from others very unwillingly.... it would be great hurt to our heart which we never overcome again in our life.

notwithstanding with it, it would be very risky to think that 'anxiety disorder' comes only from mind weakness...

it is natural reacting of our body to feel 'anxiety' when we are in very stressful situation..
because our body start to secrete 'hormone named [cortisol]'

 

 

 

 

in the case above, our body also must secrete other kind of 'hormone named [serotonin]' to prevent cortisol hormone from affecting too much on our body [cortisol hormone will bring us unbalances of hormone in the body, it the long run, it will cause sleep disorder [somnipathy], eating disorder, hormone secreting disorder, derease of sexual desire.. and so on.        

so our 'anxiety  disorder, we finally say will start when our body don't secrete 'hormone of serotonin' anymore due to long period of stress life.
in other word, 'anxiety disorder occurs from the unbalance of hormone secretion.
this is why we can darely say that anxiety disorder is not simply mind weakness problem.

3. anxiety disorder - is it going better if we just suppress it?

most people is apt to think that they can suppress symptom of anxiety disorder because in many case anxiety disorder simply has difficulty to control their feeling at the slight step.
and they have wrong faith that they must not get disturbed mind because of feeling.

but that is a kind of very risky thought.
it would be lucky if their feeling situation is at the slight [first] step of 'anxiety disorder' and then they can manage their daily life without any trouble.
however, if they feel some kind of pain around their heart strongly when they drive or do some activities,
those situation will drive them into dangerous, critical crisis.

as i already told at chapter 2 above, 'anxiety disorder is not the problem of emotion but the unbalance of hormone secretion in our body in which the function of hormone secretion was already ruined due to continuous stressful circumstance.
as time goes on, if symptom of anxiety disorder becomes more serious, then, they will suffer sleep disorder, eating disorder, decreasing sexual desire... and finally they will dream nightmare and even hear auditory hallucination.....
it is very risky and dangerous situation.

i would like to advise you as the experienced person that you never face up to 'anxiety disorder' alone. you cannot overcome by yourself without any help from outside, or with other people like doctor in hospital.
and 'anxiety disorder' will never go better as time goes on.

then, what should we do when we got 'anxiety disorder' ??

4. the truth we must know before we deal with 'anxiety disorder'

i wish that you must know some truth when you deal with 'anxiety disorder.
one of them for you to know is to remember that 'anxiety disorder does not occur suddenly in a day.
this may be somewhat subjective thing because this conclusion result from my own experience....
